Making a Purchase

To make a purchase, browse our store, add the products you wish to buy to your basket and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide the information required to process payment and fulfil your order.

The payment methods currently available will be displayed during checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments may be processed through WooPayments, Stripe or another payment provider made available at checkout.

After you place an order, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched. If we cannot accept an order, for example because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or an obvious pricing error has occurred, we will notify you and refund any payment already taken.

If your payment card or account uses a currency other than pounds sterling, your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or additional charges. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

 

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you submit your order.

Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. If we identify an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we will contact you and give you the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash alternative and must be entered during checkout.

 

Shipping Conditions

We will deliver products to the address provided with your order. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information supplied is complete and accurate. Delivery charges and available delivery methods will be displayed during checkout or explained in our Delivery and Returns information.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We will deliver products without undue delay and normally within 30 days after accepting your order, unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them.

International delivery is available only where offered during checkout or agreed directly with us. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot guarantee that every product can lawfully be imported or used in every destination country.

 

Tax Charges

All applicable UK VAT is included in the prices published on this website unless specifically stated otherwise.

Non-UK customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees unless we expressly agree otherwise.

 

Ordering Errors

You are able to correct errors in your order up to the point at which you click on “submit” on the final page of our ordering process.

Please contact us promptly if you identify an error after submitting your order. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has entered processing or been dispatched.

 

Cancellation Rights

Subject to the exceptions below, you have the right to cancel an online order without giving a reason at any time from the date the contract is formed until 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

To cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision by emailing sales@oraldent.co.uk or using any cancellation or return method available through our website.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to cancel. Unless the products are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them.

We will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining the product in a shop.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

The cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. It may also not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised goods.

These cancellation rights are separate from, and do not affect, your statutory rights where products are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact sales@oraldent.co.uk.
