Description

The SOVA Night Guards are expertly engineered to provide advanced protection against teeth grinding and bruxism. Designed for both adults and children, these night guards help combat the damaging effects of clenching and grinding, such as sensitivity, tooth decay, and structural wear.

The SOVA Junior Night Guard, tailored for kids aged 6–11, offers a slim 1.6mm profile that fits comfortably and doesn’t interfere with sleep.

The guard utilises patented Diffusix™ technology, creating a strong, effective barrier to shield teeth while allowing natural airflow and saliva flow. Fully remouldable up to 20 times, they adapt easily to unique dental contours for a perfect fit every time.

Made in the USA from non-toxic, BPA-free, and phthalate-free materials, SOVA Night Guards are backed by a 120-day durability warranty. About SOVA

Made in the USA, SOVA offers slim, remouldable night guards designed to help protect teeth from the effects of night-time grinding and clenching. Each guard can be shaped at home in minutes for a secure, personalised fit and remoulded up to 20 times if adjustments are needed.

SOVA Night Guards feature Diffusix™ technology, with engineered perforations that help distribute grinding forces across the guard. Their thin profile makes it easier to breathe, speak and drink while wearing them, providing a practical and comfortable option for night-time teeth protection.

Different SOVA options are available for adults and younger users. Anyone with braces, ongoing dental treatment or significant dental concerns should consult a dental professional before use.

Fitting and Warnings

SOVA Junior Night Guard (Children)

What You’ll Need?

  • A bowl (ceramic or glass)

  • Hot water (approximately 170°F / 76°C – not boiling)

  • Fork or similar utensil

  • A mirror

Steps to Fit the Night Guard

  1. Prepare the Night Guard: Clean the night guard using mild soap and water.

  2. Soften the Guard: Heat water to 170°F (76°C) and immerse the night guard for 30–60 seconds until the material becomes soft and pliable. For coloured guards, it may take slightly longer to soften. Remove carefully with a fork or utensil.

  3. Position in Mouth: Ensure the guard does not fold on itself while soft. Insert the softened guard into your child’s mouth, aligning it over their teeth.

  4. Shape for a Custom Fit: Have your child gently bite down on the front of the guard while using their tongue to press it against the roof of their mouth. Use your fingers to shape the guard around their teeth and gums.

  5. Set the Fit: Keep the guard in place for 3–5 minutes to allow the material to harden.

  6. Adjust as Needed: If the fit isn’t right, place the guard back in hot water to soften and reshape. The SOVA Junior Night Guard is also remouldable up to 20 times.

Pro Tips

  • Do not use boiling water, as it can damage the material.

  • Avoid biting too hard or stretching the material excessively.

  • Ensure the guard fits snugly but doesn’t feel overly tight or uncomfortable.
