Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order – Pack sizes are detailed in the price list and products must be ordered in these multiples. Where an order does not comply with minimum pack sizes, the order or that part of the order will be increased to the minimum pack size. Minimum Order Value £25.00

Payment – Accounts are payable, net 30 days of invoice. Remittances sent by post, are at the customers risk for loss during transit. Please quote your account number and our invoice number on all correspondence.

Late Payment – If the purchaser fails to make payment by the due date, then without prejudice to any of the company’s other rights, the company will be entitled to charge the purchaser interest from the date of invoice at 2.5% per month above the Barclays bank base rate until full payment is received. The company also reserves the right to charge a minimum administration fee of £60 to offset the costs when recovering the overdue amount.
When an account is released from a credit hold situation, the sales value of any held orders will be invoiced at the current value even if a promotional or pre-price period has passed.

Damaged Goods – Oraldent is concerned that no customer shall sustain a loss over transaction as a result of loss or breakage. Incoming packages should be examined upon receipt and any loss or breakage reported to us within 7 days, so that we may consider a claim.

Goods Returned – In all cases, prior approval to return stock must be obtained from our sales department but within 30 days of receipt. Should the goods be returned without prior approval, the company reserves the right to refuse credit and dispose of the goods in whatever manner it deems appropriate. Returned goods must be in a clean resaleable condition and will be subject to a 15% handling charge.

Ownership – Legal ownership of the goods supplied by Oraldent does not pass to the purchaser until full payment of the outstanding monies in respect of such goods is paid to Oraldent.
