Cold & Flu Guard

Cold & Flu Guard provides protection and prevention against cold and flu viruses when workplace downtime is not an option. This oral and nasal spray was developed specifically for people who want a physical protective barrier where cold and flu viruses take hold and start to develop. Ideal to be used before exposure to high-risk activities such as shopping, taking public transport, studying at school, university or library as well as spending time in meetings or in a workplace.

Why use Cold & Flu Guard™?

Cold & Flu Guard™ nasal/oral spray is different; it is designed to prevent viruses and bacteria entering the body. It’s a spray that you apply directly in your mouth and nose – The most common route viruses take into the body and designed to be used before you may be exposed to cold and flu viruses: such as offices, grocery stores, transport, school and other!

How does it work?
Cold & Flu Guard™ coats the back of the nose and throat where the cold viruses take hold and start to develop. Cold & Flu Guard ™ traps, neutralises and then helps your body naturally remove the cold and flu viruses before they develop into a full-blown illness. Cold & Flu Guard™ contains a hyaluronate barrier and Flavobac™, a naturally derived citrus extract to protect the mouth and nose from the harmful viruses and bacteria.

Ingredients
Water, glycerine, xylitol, polysorbate 20, ethanol, bioflavonoids, mint flavour, disodium phosphate anhydrous, stevia, cetylpyridinium chloride, sodium hyaluronate.

Direction for use
Use before exposure to cold/ flu virus or at the first signs of a cold to trap the virus.

Press the pump firmly 3-4 times on first use to prime the nozzle, then apply 1 – 3 sprays per nostril and repeat in the mouth (avoid direct deep inhalation).

Repeat 2-3 times per day when being exposed to cold and flu viruses and that the 1st sign of a cold.

Continue to use throughout the exposure to colds and flu viruses and continue to use 2 days after symptoms subside.

When using the spray in the nasal cavity, you may notice a slight stinging sensation at first, this subsides after a few seconds. The application of the product may also cause a short term runny nose, this is perfectly normal and is a sign that the products is working.

Warnings

Do not use Cold & Flu Guard™ if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. In case of adverse reactions stop treatment and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Never use the product after the expiry date, which is indicated on the packaging. Discard 3 months after opening.

If pregnant, consult your doctor.

Not suitable for children under 5 years of age without doctors approval.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.

The product should be stored in a cool dry place, between temperatures of 15 – 25ºC.
